At the threshold between the life you’ve built and the inner life yearning to be lived.
Something essential has gone silent—buried beneath years of over-functioning, performing for the patriarchy, or simply surviving the pace of a world that rarely asks what the body knows or what the soul needs.
1:1 COACHING
If You’re in Between Identities…
You may be highly functional on the outside while internally you are overwhelmed, disconnected, or at a threshold you can't quite name.
Many people come to this work because an old way of being no longer fits the way it once did — and the next phase hasn't fully emerged. You are in the void, between identities.
You are ready to go deep and live a life grounded by embodied rhythms, inner coherence, and spiritual maturity.
Rather than forcing insight or bypassing difficulty, we work with the body's rhythms, internal parts, and developmental timing. We face what is and do so with compassion, curiosity, and care. Change unfolds in seasons. When the nervous system has enough safety and support, integration becomes inevitable.

How I Work
I don't just work with your mind or your feelings in the abstract — I work with your whole self. The practical AND the symbolic. The body AND the psyche. Not a predetermined formula, but by following what's actually alive in you.
My work weaves somatic mapping, cycle education, and depth-oriented coaching to help clients reconnect with aspects of themselves that have been chronically silenced, suppressed, or exiled in the pursuit of performing for a chronically accelerating culture.
Through grounded presence, symbolic inquiry, and cycle-aware practices, I support clients in building greater dignity, self-trust, and emotional capacity. The work is both practical and symbolic — making it deeply creative. My clients bridge insight with embodied change so they can build lives that feel sustainable, connected, and rich with meaning.
Here the voices of the body, psyche, emotions, and deeper longings can be heard and honored rather than managed or ignored.
Embody Your Feminine
Let the feminine live through you and She will show up for you. You are ripe for her scintillating expression. All that is needed now is devotional reverence for Her to blossom within you. She is a soft, fierce mother for the soul work you are nourishing into form.
The Rhythm
A private somatic depth coaching container for accomplished women navigating the threshold between the life they’ve built and the inner life asking to be lived.
-
The Rhythm is an 8-session, 3-month container where we follow what's actually alive in you — through the body, through image and symbol, through the intelligence of your cycles and seasons.
Sessions move between somatic awareness and depth inquiry, between nervous system support and the imaginal language of the psyche. We work with what arises: a recurring dream, a tightness in the chest before certain conversations, an inner figure with something to say, a season of the cycle that keeps bringing the same truth forward.
This is not a program with a predetermined arc. It is a relationship with your own depth — witnessed, tracked, and worked with over time.
Clients leave with greater self-trust, embodied clarity, and a more honest relationship with themselves — one that no longer requires abandoning their inner life in order to function in their outer one. The work is both practically grounding and symbolically rich. It is for those who are ready not just for relief, but for the life that has been asking to be lived.
The Rhythm is $3,000 for 8 sessions over 3 months.

The Pillars of My Methodology
I believe your body is a holy, living vessel for spirit — and that your psyche, like your body, holds an innate intelligence that moves toward healing when given the right conditions. This work exists to create those conditions.
Somatics — We go slow. Through a polyvagal and trauma-informed lens, we build a conscious literacy of felt-sense awareness — learning to read the wisdom of the body through education, practice, and the art of pausing to create depth and space. The quickest way through is slow.
A Depth Perspective — We work with the imaginal and archetypal realms of self-making and meaning-making — fortifying the ego, building self-esteem, and connecting to the collective unconscious in your individual journey toward wholeness.
Earth Based Awareness and Magic — We draw on ancestral and indigenous intelligence in re-membering our sacred covenant of stewardship of this earth — of ourselves as an extension of her holy celestial body, and of all her creatures as relatives of our own conscious evolution and survival.
Cyclical Consciousness — We turn toward the ancient and holy wisdom of the spiral — its energetic and seasonal ebb and flow — re-imagining our soft animal bodies as a living mythology of the cosmos.
The Erotic Feminine — We reclaim the erotic as a primal animating force of being alive in a feminine body — your pleasure, your generative power, your sacred refusal to be diminished. This is your most honest compass.

Meg brings not only her psycho-spiritual wisdom, but also her real life experience and understanding of what a professional creative career entails. For an aspiring creative, this perspective is invaluable. A path that is overwhelming and provocative with regards to one’s inner demons is magically (read: systematic and relatable) broken down into doable, bite-size daily practices. Meg taught me how to support myself in my creative path, by showing up with courage, compassion, and readiness to celebrate ALL the victories, no matter how small. Creative projects I envisioned, but could not contextualize were articulated into a professional framework that not only helped me understand what I was trying to say or achieve artistically, but also helped me understand that my perspective is important. Meg helped me realize that my identity as an artist is not only necessary for myself, but important to the larger conversations in the current socio-political landscape. That is perhaps one of the more impacting gifts from Meg: her deep belief in my creative vision, and active encouragement for me to live into it. Meg gently, but firmly worked with me to outline specific actionables. Having the support + accountability combo was important for me as I learned to develop my own resources for discipline. It’s been a few months since we completed our 3 month journey together. I am constantly integrating and deepening the lessons of self-care, compassion for self and other, and boundaried acts of self-love. I’m also actively exploring my art, catching myself when the negative self-talk starts, celebrating the mini victories, and giving myself permission to go my own pace. It is thanks to Meg and her compassionate, informed guidance that I can say (with tingles) “Why yes, I am an artist!”

“Megan helped lift me out of the darkness I was feeling during my postpartum journey when I was diagnosed with a condition that affects my mood and hormones. It was healing to have someone really hear me. Megan holds an incredible space, which allowed me to feel supported. I felt safe to be vulnerable. I feel fortunate to have been able to share from a place removed from shame while being advised in a very non-judgmental, but practical and uplifting way. She is super-no-nonsense, practical, solid, funny and really to the point. Megan removes the veil from your own disillusionment of failure and self-defeat.”

“I had the good fortune of connecting with Megan May through Aquarian Women’s Leadership Society over the summer...Not long after meeting Megan I got news a dear friend of mine had died and there would be no funeral or service. I felt no way to really grieve... I knew Megan could help... She created a ritual of healing for me, extraordinary and profound. I mourned in a very deep and personal way, guided by Megan as she wove elements of counseling and therapy into ancient ritual. Megan is very good at what she does!! She brings her full & highest self to her work. Sisters, should you need a rite or ritual just for you, may I recommend reaching out to Megan.”
